Project 6 - Topography & Context (Matlock)

Our next challenge was to design three separate buildings to be built in, on, and above a very sensitive waterfall site in Matlock, I created a 3D CAD model of the site which allowed me to place the buildings in various positions to determine the optimum location and design. I took inspiration from Alvar Aalto's sculptural glass wear for the form and materiality of my buildings.
